We may be 'little', but we have a LOT to Offer!

YES! We are a quiet, shady, pet-friendly, family-oriented campground just outside the city limits. We are just minutes away from all the 'hustle-bustle' a person could want! You can walk America's Historic Crossroads and enjoy a cozy campfire all in the same day! It's really comforting to know you have a choice when you're staying with us. We have long, level pull-through sites with room to spare for even those 'Big Rigs' with tow. We have temperature-controlled Camping Cabins and a full-service Camping Lodge that offer a chance to kick back and relax in a comfortable yet rustic atmosphere. Our on-site Krossroads' Cafe fills the air with home-cooked aromas of Bacon & Eggs in the morning and Steak, Burgers & Pizza in the evening. Terre Haute offers year-round entertainment possibilities from the Boot City Opry, the Terre Haute Symphony, to the Hulman Center Concerts and Sporting events and Community Arts. We also have an ample supply of local museums, cinemas, restaurants and historic treasures, as well as plenty of 'retail therapy' opportunities within minutes of the campground. Every season brings special events and festivals. Some of our favorites include The Banks of the Wabash Festival, the Blues at the Crossroads Festival, the Popcorn Festival and, of course, the nationally renowned Covered Bridge Festival! Racing enthusiasts enjoy Quarter-Midgets, Drag and Sprint Car Racing on our local tracks -- "Where the Legends Begin". The Indy 500, Allstate 400, and the Brickyard 400 are among the 'big ticket' races just an hour away at the Indianapolis Speedway. Our campground and local area offer a never-ending range of affordable family activities for our year-round traveler who wants just "a little more" while they're here. We hope you enjoy your visit with us while traveling through Indiana's Wabash Valley.

The Terre Haute KOA sits on the out-skirts of town and is just 'close enough for comfort' to enjoy both town and country! Because the campground has many shade trees, we offer our campers Cable TV (70+ channels) and WiFi for added comfort during their stay! We can handle some mighty "Big Rigs" and their tows, so size is generally not an issue here! Together with other seasonal activities and our year-round Krossroads Cafe, we hope to accommodate your every need during your stay with us!

We try to keep our pull-thru sites as level as possible - making it GREAT for accommodating the camping unit of your choice. We all work hard to keep our KOA clean & safe for the entire family - pets included! We have plenty of roadway for kids of all ages to ride their bikes around the grounds. We also have games in the Social Room and Sports Equipment at the front desk just waiting to be used! We love to see you jumping into the pool on a hot day, as well as relaxing around your campfire at days' end.

We encourage our campers to share their expertise with us. We love to get practical ideas from anyone who wants to share them -- So don't be shy! You never know...we might just be using your idea by the time you return to us! After all, that's how we started our Krossroads' Cafe -- And look at it now!

Awwww...the sites, sounds, and even smells of camping -- We love 'em! We hope to share some camping experiences with you during your visit -- See you soon!
